Trip planning is hard! That's why you have a pro do it for you. Fee depends on the scope of the trip and the number of travellers.

How it works:

• We have an in-depth consultation to determine your needs and wants. The planning fee will be based on the scope of the trip as agreed in the consultation..

• I prepare a detailed itinerary based on the consultation.

• You review the itinerary, and we make any requested updates.

• You approve the final itinerary, and I make the bookings.

• We make the trip deposit, and I make sure all plans are correct.

• I monitor all reservations for changes (airlines are notorious).

• Your trip payments are made on schedule.

• Your trip documentation is provided in print and in a smartphone app.

• I provide support throughout the trip in case of questions or issues.

• The itinerary is yours and you may use it to book on your own or with another travel agent. There is no guarantee that prices or availabilities will remain the same, however.

• If you choose to price-shop the itinerary please be sure you are comparing like to like- all components must match exactly.

FEE SCHEDULE
Planning fee: from $250. Planning fee is non-refundable.
Change fee: for booked itineraries first two changes at no charge, then $50 per change
Cancellation fee: for booked itineraries $100 per passenger, plus any supplier-imposed cancellation fees.

Cruises and all-Inclusives

It's not always easy to pick the right ship, itinerary, or resort - what you think you want may not be what you really want. Fee depends on the scope of the trip and the number of travellers.

• What kind of vacation are you looking for? Active? Restful? Adults only? Child-friendly?

• I'll give you some options for you to consider.

• Pick your favorite, and I'll take care of it from there.

• The options are yours to price-shop or book elsewhere. Again, please be sure you are comparing apples to apples when comparing prices with another agency.

Logistics
hourly rate

Sometimes you just need help with a few details - air, hotel, car, tours or transfers - or research. 

• Air: $75 per ticket for domestic flights, $100 per ticket for international flights

• Hotel reservations/car rental/tours and transfers/research assistance: $50 per hour, 5 hour minimum
